As Head of Agency Governance and Analytics, you will support the Chief Agency Officer and agency management through data-driven decision-making, strategic planning, analytics, governance, and evaluation of agency programs and initiatives.
You will oversee reporting and forecasting, strategic planning, campaign and incentive assessments, agency compensation governance, analytics projects, persistency management, program management, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost-benefit assessments and analytics studies for key strategies, initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
- Develop data-driven recommendations and insights for the Chief Agency Officer and agency management.
- Oversee regular reporting, forecasting, business reviews, competitor studies, and ad-hoc analytics requirements.
- Manage annual strategic planning for the Agency Distribution Channel and develop three-year targets and key business drivers.
- Oversee cost-benefit assessment and validation of campaigns and incentive programs.
- Lead governance related to the Agency Compensation Scheme, business succession, agency hierarchy movements, and advisor/leader contract renewal.
- Provide analytics and business-case support for TDA projects.
- Manage the Agency Staff Incentive Program, including target setting, tracking, validation, and communications.
- Provide guidance on persistency management and initiatives supporting persistency targets.
- Provide project management support for strategic agency initiatives, including Life Advisors recruitment, Next Gen Leaders, MDRT, Digitalisation, and SIM.
- Supervise data modeling, reports, dashboards, and analytics studies supporting agency expansion, leader promotion, activation, and productivity.
- Provide agency sales perspective and VOD for product development and portfolio management.
- Manage VEA and GOE budgets for the Agency Sales Group.
- Coach and develop staff toward becoming subject-matter experts.
- Champion risk and compliance culture within the team.
- Present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a 4- or 5-year college course; preferably Statistics, Actuarial, Mathematics, Business Economics, or Management Engineering.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting, data modeling, and analytics.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in strategic planning and management.
- Experience and knowledge in Life Insurance Agency Sales Distribution.

- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
