Responsibilities

• Performance Analytics & Insights Collect, validate, and manage agency quality performance data Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and monitoring reports (e.g., Validation, FM Bench) Analyze trends, risks, and gaps to support data-driven decision-making Support ad hoc analysis and management reporting
• Process Excellence & Optimization Recommend and implement process improvements and operating procedures Evaluate end-to-end workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Identify opportunities to streamline manual quality checks through automation or digital solutions Maintain accurate documentation of processes, standards, and data repositories Support continuous improvement initiatives across agency operations
• Agency Monitoring & Governance Support Conduct initial assessments of agency movements : FM Appointment. Transfers, and code switching (from Principal to Assoc. (vise versa)
• Key Execution partner of Team Initiatives and Agency Interventions Drives the execution of the team's initiatives, ensuring timely implementation and measurable impact on agency performance
