Qualifications

• Familiarity with Agency Performance Standards.
• Experience in analyzing agency performance data and preparing management reports and dashboards.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Working knowledge in Agency operations.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities within established timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and manage agency quality performance data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and monitoring reports (e.g., Validation, FM Bench).
• Analyze trends, risks, and gaps to support data-driven decision-making.
• Support ad hoc analysis and management reporting.
• Drive execution of team initiatives and measurable impact on agency performance.
