Responsabilidades

• Maintain visibility across active and incoming work, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and risks across the agency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are properly staffed, prioritized, and delivered.
• Anticipate resource gaps, workload pressure, and delivery risks, then drive solutions before they become escalations.
• Support agency-wide resource and capacity planning, including operational readiness.
• Ensure important actions, decisions, and commitments are documented, monitored, and closed.
• Help strengthen operating discipline, delivery processes, and ways of working across teams.
• Coordinate major initiatives, capability rollouts, and operational transitions.
• Surface issues early and provide thoughtful recommendations rather than simply raising concerns.
• Partner with senior leaders to improve visibility, alignment, and execution across the agency.

Job Description

Position Title: Agency Operations Manager

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

We're looking for an Operations Manager who understands agency life and thrives at the center of it.

This role sits at the intersection of Client Leadership, Strategy, Creative, Connected Experience, and Operations. You'll help create visibility across the agency, anticipate delivery risks before they become problems, coordinate teams toward shared outcomes, and help ensure the work moves forward.

What You'll Do
