Job summary

AIA is seeking a Communications Lead for its Agency Distribution Channel in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment. You will design and implement communications strategies, craft and edit content, and coordinate with Brand and Events teams to amplify the agency’s reach across multiple channels.

The role requires strong writing, design tooling skills, and the ability to manage campaigns end-to-end while collaborating with management to align with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate in communications or business-related field
• Background in communications preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software
• Proficient in design and publishing software (InDesign, Photoshop)
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Creativity and innovativeness
• Basic project management skills
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
• Able to work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the communications framework for the Agency Distribution Channel.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategy based on the initiative.
• Write, edit, and distribute content for publications and marketing materials.
• Coordinate with Incentive and Events Officers to target audiences and plan campaigns.
• Enhance the agency's reputation and work with Brand and Communications Team.
• Design promotion materials and collaterals for distribution to the agency force.
• Identify channels for distribution of promotional materials.
• Manage content calendar for agency communications.
• Monitor spend on promotional materials.
• Prepare reviews of communications strategy.
• Establish platforms to increase agency engagement (social media, activations, SMS, email).
• Integrate brand identity in all initiatives and materials released to the Agency.
• Manage conflicts and escalate to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
