Job summary

Manulife Insurance Malaysia is seeking an Agency Development Manager to lead disciplined implementation of agency programs that drive recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and capability development across regions and branches.

You will translate strategic priorities into executable plans, monitor milestones, address execution gaps, and ensure delivery standards with accountability and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in agency sales or development or program management.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role with cross-functional oversight.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end agency program implementation across regions and branches.
• Translate strategy into practical plans, milestones, and support needs.
• Monitor KPIs, escalate gaps, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders and partners to remove barriers.
