Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation of agency programs across recruitment, onboarding, activation, productivity, and training.
• Develop rollout plans, schedules, success measures, and governance to ensure disciplined delivery.
• Coordinate with Financial Advisors, Agency Leaders and internal stakeholders to align requirements and remove barriers to delivery.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure activities are completed to standard and on time.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing outcomes and capturing lessons learned.
