Responsibilities

• Delivery and implementation of strategies on Quality Recruitment, Leader Development, Activation, and Productivity for Agency Sales in support of Next Gen Agency.
• Leads Activation and Productivity by ensuring execution of programs for Agency Migration in his/her region.
• Drives leader development strategies: promotion of new internal leaders, recruitment of external leaders, and culture of leader development within agencies.
• End-to-end execution of agency management and governance in his/her region.
• Support Zone Head in planning and implementing company goals, targets and objectives.
• Develop and implement sales tools, materials and events to enhance profitable sales and activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor from time to time.
