Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control all aftersales business targets.
• Consolidate and analyze dealer submitted reports.
• Formulate and implement quarterly/annual dealer incentive programs.
• Prepare various business intelligence and management required reports.
• Facilitate the parts credit line application/renewal of dealers.
• Develop pricing strategies for parts and accessories and implement competitive margin policies.
• Foster a performance-driven and customer-oriented work culture among Aftersales department members.
• Perform safety duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
