Qualifications

• Graduate in engineering, preferably licensed Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Lead aftersales operations to achieve financial and operational targets (sales, service quality, shop improvements).
• Continuously review and enhance aftersales procedures, workflows, and service processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service delivery, issue resolution, and systems to track and improve customer experience.
• Oversee compliance with SOPs, workshop controls, safety measures, and environmental policies to ensure security of associates, vehicles, and dealership operations.
• Conduct periodic skills and performance reviews for all service associates, identify training needs, and recommend personnel movements.
• Prepare and analyze regular reports on service performance, financials, and customer satisfaction to inform forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless aftersales operations.

We are seeking an Aftersales Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our aftersales operations. This role exists to ensure profitable aftersales performance while delivering high-quality service across warranty handling, service repairs, parts supply, and customer support. The position focuses on continuous process improvement, compliance with operational standards, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead aftersales operations to achieve financial and operational targets, including sales, service quality, and shop improvements.
• Continuously review and enhance aftersales procedures, workflows, and service processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service delivery, issue resolution, and systems to track and improve customer experience.
• Oversee compliance with SOPs, workshop controls, safety measures, and environmental policies to ensure the security of associates, vehicles, and dealership operations.
• Conduct periodic skills and performance reviews for all service associates, identify training needs, and recommend personnel movements to maintain high-quality performance.
• Prepare and analyze regular reports on service performance, financials, and customer satisfaction to inform demand forecasting and operational planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Functional Directors, Parts, Service Associates) and external stakeholders (Honda Cars Philippines, other dealers, customers, insurance companies, suppliers, and subcontractors) to ensure seamless aftersales operations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a graduate of any Engineering course, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer, with advanced studies (MBA/MA) considered an advantage. They possess strong leadership capabilities, a competitive and innovative mindset, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The candidate has a deep understanding of managing service operations, technical and people-handling skills, customer engagement, and marketing within an automotive context. Experience in managerial roles within the service industry, preferably automotive, and exposure to quality improvement initiatives is highly valued.
