Qualifications

• Extensive experience in automotive aftersales (Service and Parts) operations.
• Strong skills in analyzing customer feedback and improving processes.
• Excellent organizational management and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Dealer Management Systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the dealer aftersales team to maintain brand standards.
• Coordinate with dealer departments to implement BYD/MAPVI policies and requirements.
• Enforce daily service and parts operations standards for quality and inventory.
• Manage parts ordering and inventory to support efficient service operations.
• Monitor aftersales performance and conduct audits for continuous improvement.
• Lead improvement initiatives like 'Fix It Right the First Time' for accuracy and satisfaction.
• Develop annual aftersales training plans and prepare equipment/personnel reserves.
• Handle major customer complaints with timely resolutions to protect satisfaction.
• Formulate salary and incentives for aftersales personnel; conduct appraisals.
• Ensure timely reports to MAPVI with required documents.
