Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies in Calamba, Laguna seeks an experienced After-Sales Manager to oversee profitability, efficiency and productivity of the after-sales division. You will supervise activities and personnel, ensuring services meet customer needs and manufacturer standards.

The role requires a BS in Mechanical Engineering or Business Management (or related field) and at least nine years of progressively responsible experience, including two years in a junior managerial capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Nine (9) years of progressively responsible experience, including two years in a junior managerial capacity.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule.

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for the overall profitability, efficiency and productivity of the Company’s after- sales operation; exercise administrative supervision and control over Aftersales Division’s activities and personnel and ensures that its services are responsive to the customer’s needs and in conformity with Autohub and the company’s policies and direction as well as the manufacturer’s requirements and standards on after sales.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures the profitability and operational efficiency of the after-sales division
• Oversees the provision of excellent after-sales service to customers
• Works in partnership with the Sales, Customer Relations and Marketing Departments to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of complementary services to customers
• Ensures compliance with manufacturer’s requirements and standards on after-sales

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or of related field
• With at least nine (9) years of relevant progressively responsible experience, 2 years of which are in a junior managerial capacity
• Knows how to drive and with valid driver’s license
• Willing to work on a 6-day workweek schedule
