Job summary

• Perform safety duties and adhere to Safety Manual requirements.

Job description

• Ensure that targets for major inventory KPIs such as Service Fill, Back Orders and Inventory Stock Months are consistently attained.

• Coordinate with dealers on urgent parts requests and back order management.

• Determine reorder points and safety stock levels for each local item based on service demand and lead times and analyze historical sales to forecast demand for automotive spare parts and components.

• Handle the local parts registration/set-up in both SAP and WMS.

• Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, Production Planning, Accounting) and external entities (e.g., PEZA and other regulatory bodies) to ensure the timely and uninterrupted replenishment of essential local and in-house parts.

• Monitor local supplier delivery performance and adjust planning parameters accordingly.Perform safety duties and responsibilities, and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.

• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
