Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an After Sales Technical Trainer to develop and deliver technical training for after-sales teams, technicians, and partners, ensuring high-quality service, safety, and product knowledge.

You will design materials, deliver sessions, assess competencies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to service locations to standardize training across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, Technical Education, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on technical experience in after-sales, service, or repair roles.
• Experience in training, coaching, or technical instruction preferred; certification is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain training materials, SOPs, and assessment tools.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Conduct competency assessments and coaching plans.
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, Quality, and Parts teams.
• Support diagnosing complex faults and improve first-time repair rates.
• Maintain training schedule, track attendance, and report KPIs.
• Facilitate certification programs for staff and partners.
• Roll out new product trainings across regional service locations.
• Maintain training equipment and coordinate with procurement.
