Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Technician to support Lubeserv operations across Luzon, with fieldwork at SEAOIL service stations.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar role, a valid driver's license for 2- and 4-wheel vehicles, and willingness to be deployed in the field. TESDA Auto Servicing NC1 or higher is preferred.

You will coordinate with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure quick responses to reliability issues and uninterrupted customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in the same role.
• Valid driver's license for 2- and 4-wheel MT vehicles.
• Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned in a SEAOIL service station.
• Preferably TESDA Auto Servicing Certification (NC1) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly to reliability issues and support Lubeserv daily operations.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Supervisors, Managers and SEAOIL technicians.
• Ensure business continuity by covering manpower deficiencies.
• Maintain uninterrupted customer service at SEAOIL service centers.
• Manage incoming service requests for the day.
• Maintain service excellence across LubeServ sites.
