Responsibilities

• Processing after-sales requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly.
• Coordinate with technical teams, logistics, and other departments for swift resolutions.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Schedule service appointments, repairs, and maintenance visits with customers.
• Prepare warranty documents, service reports, and related paperwork.
• Monitor service requests to completion and ensure customer satisfaction.
