VTSA International Inc. is seeking an After Sales Admin to join our dynamic customer service team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention after the point of sale. As an After Sales Admin, you will be the backbone of our post-purchase support operations, managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining exceptional communication with our valued customers. This role is essential to our mission of delivering outstanding customer experiences and building long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and managing after-sales requests, complaints, and inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinating with technical teams, logistics, and other departments to ensure swift resolution of customer issues
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions, service requests, and follow-ups
• Scheduling and confirming service appointments, repairs, and maintenance visits with customers
• Preparing and issuing warranty documents, service reports, and related administrative paperwork
• Monitoring and tracking service requests to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Generating reports on after-sales performance, customer feedback, and service metrics
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of after-sales processes and customer service standards

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or a similar role within a call centre or customer-facing environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and verbal, with a clear and professional demeanour
• Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with challenging customer situations
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping
• Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to resolving issues
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of after-sales processes, warranty management, or service operations is highly desirable
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational requirements
