Job summary

KIA Bacolod - Service Department in Bacolod, Western Visayas, Philippines is seeking a Registered Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years of automotive service experience in either service advisor or parts man roles. The candidate should be proficient with computer applications and able to write business letters and emails to coordinate service activities.

Qualifications

Registered Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years automotive service experience as service advisor or parts man.
Proficient with computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
Able to write business letters and emails for service coordination.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Results-oriented; requires Driver’s License.
Must be able to manage and promote the service department effectively.

Responsibilities

Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department, targets, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure 100% achievement of KPI; analyze market and monitor required reports.
Maintain service operation reports, DPR KPI, and after-sales marketing monitoring.
Study competition and benchmark policy/procedures to improve operations.
Create marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profits.
Monitor results of programs and guide staff to achieve KPI’s.
