Job summary

Qualifications

• Registered Mechanical Engineer with at least 3 years automotive service experience as service advisor or parts man.
• Proficient with computer applications (MS Office, etc.).
• Able to write business letters and emails for service coordination.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented; requires Driver’s License.
• Must be able to manage and promote the service department effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in managing all aspects of the Service Department, targets, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure 100% achievement of KPI; analyze market and monitor required reports.
• Maintain service operation reports, DPR KPI, and after-sales marketing monitoring.
• Study competition and benchmark policy/procedures to improve operations.
• Create marketing plans to increase productivity, revenues, and profits.
• Monitor results of programs and guide staff to achieve KPI’s.
