Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in auto service or a related field.
• Knowledgeable about car parts and able to adapt to flexible work requirements.
• Must hold a valid professional driver's license for automatic and manual transmissions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose vehicle problems based on customer complaints.
• Perform repair and service work according to manufacturer standards.
• Aim for first-time right repairs (F1) with a low non-F1 rate (≤3%).
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during and after service.
• Inform Service Advisors of needed or recommended repairs.
• Participate in trainings and meetings as required by management.
• Assist in achieving monthly service-target sales as directed by the Service Manager.
• Complete required service forms and comply with all programs and audits.
• Stay updated with technical bulletins and product updates.
• Follow proper repair procedures per manufacturer standards.
• Promote 5S and maintain cleanliness in the work area.

Main Responsibility:

Diagnose, performs service, and repair to customer's units in accordance with the manufacturer's standards and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Diagnoses vehicle problems based on customer complaints.
• Performs work/service on customer units as indicated in the repair order.
• Fix customer vehicles right the first time. (F1) Non-F1 rate is at a maximum of 3%.
• Ensures cleanliness of the vehicle during and after the repairs/services.
• Advices Service Advisors of needed additional repairs on the unit as well as recommended repairs.
• Participates in training and meetings, both internal and external as required by the management.
• Achieves monthly target sales as determined by the Service Manager.
• 100% utilization of required service forms mandated by the company as well as the manufacturers.
• Compliance with all service programs with no incidents of violations as audited by the Dealer Development Management Office.
• Keeps self-abreast with new technical bulletins and new product updates.
• Observe proper procedures in conducting repairs as per the manufacturer's standard.
• Promotes 5S and maintains cleanliness in the work area at all times.
