Job summary

INSPI Philippine Venture Merchandise Corp. is seeking an Affiliate Officer to manage the end-to-end TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, from onboarding to campaign execution and GMV growth for apparel/baby brands.

You will identify and recruit high-potential affiliates, oversee TikTok Center operations, and optimize affiliate-driven sales while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Live Ops to boost participation and content output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years in TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or E-commerce.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
• Experience creating and managing Open Plans and Targeted Plans.
• Experience in affiliate acquisition and creator outreach.
• Ability to analyze GMV and performance data.
• Can start ASAP.

Job Summary

The Affiliate Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, from affiliate acquisition and onboarding to campaign execution, performance monitoring, and GMV growth for apparel/baby brand.

This role is responsible for identifying and recruiting high-potential affiliates, managing TikTok Affiliate Center operations, creating Open Plans and Targeted Plans, processing affiliate samples, monitoring creator performance, and optimizing affiliate-driven sales.

The Affiliate Officer works closely with Sales, Marketing and Ads Team, as well as Live Operations (MCN) to continuously increase affiliate participation, content output, and overall GMV.

The ideal candidate understands the TikTok Shop ecosystem and can effectively utilize the TikTok Affiliate Center to build a scalable creator network that delivers measurable business results.
