Job summary

Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to support planning, execution, and scaling of affiliate campaigns across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms in Manila.

Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding affiliate partners, managing campaigns and deadlines, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating content and samples while working with Talent, Influencer, Finance, and Ads teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates; experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong understanding or interest in TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, and other affiliate platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate metrics such as clicks, conversions, commission, sales, and GMV is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proactive and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
