Job summary

You will recruit, onboard, and nurture partners, creators, and influencers, building lasting relationships to drive performance. Responsibilities include setting KPIs, monitoring campaigns, providing training and resources, and reporting insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles
• Experience managing affiliate or creator programs is a plus
• Strong understanding of social commerce, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplace ecosystems
• Proficient in analytics and performance reporting tools
