Job summary

GrowthAssistant is hiring an Affiliate / Influencer Marketing Assistant to support a fast-growing DTC brand. You will manually source creators with 20K+ followers, conduct high-volume outreach via Instagram DMs and email, and manage product samples and intake communications.

You’ll keep an organized outreach tracker, produce weekly pipeline summaries, and respond to inquiries in a warm, professional tone. This role is fully remote with Pacific Time hours and a focus on creator fit and timely

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in affiliate and/or influencer marketing, including creator outreach and onboarding.
• Ability to manually source creators on Instagram with a strong instinct for who to reach out to.
• Comfort executing 100+ personalized outreaches per week with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Source creators on Instagram against niche profiles and reach out 100–200 times per week via DM and email.
• Coordinate product samples for interested creators and guide them through sign-up.
• Maintain outreach tracking spreadsheet and send weekly pipeline summaries to the client lead.
• Manage the affiliate inbox, answer FAQs, and tag weekly giveaway entries for winner selection.
