Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Hardware troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to be deployed in any LRT/MRT3 office and stations.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversees manpower deployment and performance across all three lines.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• Implements and enforces maintenance standards, policies, and procedures across all three lines.
• Monitors and resolves RSD tickets and maintenance activities.
• Notifies client for escalated RSD tickets.
• Produces and submits maintenance reports and performance metrics.
• Prepares daily progress reports and logs of maintenance activity.
• Provides insights to reduce AFCS faults and improve reliability.
• Conducts coaching and trainings with technicians.
