Job summary

Godrej Enterprises Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Process Development Engineer to design and optimize aerospace manufacturing processes for sheet metal parts, ducts, tubes, and machined components. You will interpret blueprints, apply GD&T, and use 3D CAD tools for planning and simulation.

Responsibilities include BOM/MTO creation in INFOR ERP, tooling and fixture specification, initial trial participation, and driving efficiency with data-driven improvements while complying

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
• Aerospace/manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong GD&T and documentation understanding

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize aerospace manufacturing processes for sheet metal parts, ducts, tubes and machined components.
• Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T for process planning.
• Prepare BOM/MTO, routing and process documentation.
• Identify tooling, fixtures and gauges requirements and oversee development.
• Participate in initial trials and implement improvements with data-driven actions.
