Job summary

RTX in the Philippines seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements. The role supports quality improvement initiatives, investigates production issues, performs root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.

You will review drawings, monitor data, and prepare reports while collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and suppliers to resolve issues in a highly regulated aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve product and process quality performance.
• Lead and coordinate investigations of quality issues and provide disposition for nonconforming products.
• Perform root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Pareto analyses.
• Develop, implement, and monitor CAPA actions.
• Review engineering drawings and quality requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and review FAI reports and QA documentation.
• Monitor SAP Quality Notifications and ensure timely closure of issues.
