Job summary

Sky Ads Inc. is seeking an experienced Advertising Operation Supervisor to lead the team in Palayan City. You will review campaign setups, coach staff, solve issues, and ensure adherence to SOP and advertising standards while delivering measurable results.

The role requires hands-on experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Facebook Ads, plus strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to work onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in advertising operations or supervisory roles.
• Proficient in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Willing to work onsite in Palayan City, Nueva Ecija.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of the advertising team to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to improve results.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
• Track team productivity and ensure performance goals are achieved.
• Prepare operational reports and present updates to management.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, advertising standards, and operational procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
