Job summary

Sky Ads Inc. is seeking an experienced ADS Staff to create, monitor, analyze, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads. The role emphasizes campaign performance, budget control, tracking accuracy, testing, and timely reporting.

You will manage campaigns from setup to scale, review performance metrics, ensure accurate conversion tracking, and collaborate with the team to implement data-driven optimizations in line with company SOPs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on paid advertising experience with measurable campaign results.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager; working knowledge of Google Ads is preferred/required depending on assignment.
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, bids, placements, creatives, pixels/events, conversion tracking, and reporting.
• Able to interpret advertising data and make data-based optimization decisions.
• Budget- and ROI-focused, organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
• Must be able to clearly explain previous campaign results, decisions, and optimization actions.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Set up campaign objectives, targeting, budgets, bids, placements, creatives, links, and conversion tracking.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, spend pacing, and other campaign KPIs.
• Identify performance issues, recommend actions, stop inefficient spend, and scale proven campaigns within approved limits.
• Test audiences, hooks, ad copy, creatives, placements, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
• Check pixels, events, and conversion tracking and report missing or inaccurate data.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers and provide clear performance updates and next actions.
• Follow company SOPs, QA standards, approved advertising content, and platform policies.
