Private Advertiser is seeking a highly capable Head of Admissions and Registrar to lead admissions, enrollment, student records, and registrar operations. This senior role drives a seamless student journey from inquiry to graduation, balancing strategic leadership with operational discipline and service excellence.

The position requires strong stakeholder management, data protection compliance, and the ability to translate enrollment goals into measurable strategies across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in admissions, registrar, enrollment management, or student services.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work across departments and engage with students, parents, faculty, administrators, and senior management.
• Ability to translate enrollment goals into measurable admissions strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage the registration process for incoming and current students across all divisions
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals
• Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies to meet institutional goals
• Maintain and update student records, including academic transcripts, attendance, and personal information
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain the confidentiality of student information
• Implement and oversee systems for tracking and managing student records
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and institutional policies
• Prepare and submit reports related to student enrollment, academic progress, and other relevant metrics
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff regarding registration and records inquiries
• Supervise and train staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
