Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective residents and their families to understand their care needs, preferences, and concerns
• Present Happy House's services, facilities, programs, and packages in a clear and compelling way
• Conduct facility tours, client presentations, and follow-ups to drive admissions
• Guide families throughout the admission process in coordination with the appropriate teams
• Build positive and lasting relationships with clients and families
• Generate new leads through referrals, partnerships, events, community outreach, networking, and digital channels
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective residents
• Build strong referral partnerships with hospitals, doctors, healthcare professionals, rehabilitation centers, senior organizations, barangays/LGUs, churches, corporate HR teams, and other community partners
• Represent Happy House in meetings, networking events, exhibits, seminars, and community activities
• Monitor and report key sales activities, including inquiries, leads, facility visits, referrals, conversions, and occupancy
