Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in admissions or related field
• Experience leading a team and coordinating processes
• Familiarity with school operations, admissions, and enrollment
• Proficient in CRM, SIS, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end admissions operations to achieve student enrollment targets
• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the Admissions team to ensure individual and team performance
• Monitor applicant conversion rates, recruitment pipelines, and admissions performance against targets
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve recruitment, applicant engagement, and enrollment conversion
• Ensure timely responses, follow-ups, and excellent customer service for prospective students and parents
• Maintain accurate CRM records, admissions reports, and applicant information
• Collaborate with Marketing, Academics, Registrar, Finance, and other departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience
• Identify opportunities to streamline admissions processes and improve operational efficiency
