The Administrative Data Transactions Coordinator provides administrative and data transaction support by accurately entering and maintaining employee and operational data in Oracle and ADP systems. Ensures data integrity, supports routine processes, and contributes to efficient day-to-day operations. This role offers an excellent foundation for growth into HR operations, payroll, systems administration, or broader administrative and business support roles. This role supports the North America teams and will work a shift starting at 5PM or later, local time.
Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness when reviewing and entering data. Ensures all information is complete and correct before submission.
Example: Reviews employee hire details (such as start date, job code, and pay rate) prior to entering them into Oracle or ADP to prevent payroll or system errors.
Maintains precise and consistent data across systems, recognizing the importance of high-quality information.
Example: Cross-checks onboarding documents against system records to ensure employee data is aligned in both Oracle and ADP.
Dependably completes tasks on time while maintaining a high standard of quality, even with repetitive work.
Example: Processes assigned transaction queues daily, meeting service level expectations and ensuring timely updates.
Follows established procedures, workflows, and compliance guidelines when completing transactions.
Example: Applies standard operating procedures when processing employee changes to ensure all required steps and approvals are completed.
Identifies discrepancies, investigates issues, and takes appropriate steps to resolve them efficiently.
Example: Recognizes inconsistencies in payroll data and works with HR or Payroll partners to correct them before processing deadlines.
Builds strong working relationships and communicates effectively with internal teams to complete tasks and resolve issues.
Example: Partners with HR and Payroll teams to clarify incomplete or unclear requests and ensure accurate transaction processing.
