Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is seeking a competent Administrative Officer I to provide essential support to the Board Secretariat and Office of the Director General. The role involves minute taking, filing, and preparing documents for payments, along with monitoring funds and office resources.
The incumbent will handle APP, reports, and general admin tasks, ensuring efficient workflow within TESDA Central Office.
30 % - Prepares, transcribes and finalizes Minutes of Meetings based on inputs of the Board Secretary and concerned executive offices as well as prepare materials and provides administrative support during Board and committee meetings conducted by the offices;20 % - Develops/maintains efficient and effective filling and documentation system (hard and e-copy);10 % - Facilitates/prepares DV, ORS, Certificates and other supporting documents for payments (mobile, PLDT, RATA, travels, Catering Services and S/M supplies) and monitors fund utilization of the division;15 % - Prepares, consolidates, and monitors the office’s APP, records management and other administrative related required reports;10 % - Performs general administrative duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and coordination with other offices, among others;5 % - Maintains a monitoring system of the office’s meeting;5 % - Schedules and/or updates schedule of meetings, monitors the office’s supplies and materials, functionality of machines & equipment, furniture & fixture, lighting power supply, among other and ensures concerns are addressed and fixed; and5 % - Performs other administrative functions as maybe assigned.
Education: Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade courseExperience: 1 year of relevant experienceTraining: 4 hours of relevant trainingEligibility: Relevant MC 11, s. 1996/Career Service (Sub-Professional)/ First Level Eligibility
