Job summary

Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority is seeking an Administrative Aide V (Carpenter II) under a Job Order in the SBMA Maintenance and Transportation Department. The role requires an Elementary School graduate with at least 3 years of carpentry fabrication and installation experience, plus an NC II in Carpentry and the ability to read plans and shop drawings.

Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision and meet documentary requirements to support appointment by the SBMA Human Resource

1. Application Letter addressed to Mr. Vicente A. Evidente, Jr., Chairperson, SBMA Human Resource Merit and Promotion and Selection Board;
2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) with recent passport-sized picture, thumbmark and signature, and Work Experience Sheet (Attachment of CS Form No. 212) which both can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph using MS Word and affix signature (to be converted to PDF file format);
3. School Transcript of Records and Diploma of the highest educational attainment;
4. Certificate of Employment attesting the relevant experience held from authorized official/s (current, previous employment or jobs including volunteer work on a full time basis)
5. Relevant Training Certificates; and
6. Certificate of Civil Service eligibility and/or valid applicable License, if any.
