Duties and Responsibilities
Provides assistance in preparing necessary documents, equipment, and supplies for lectures, seminars, and meetings aligned with the functions of the designated Group.
Maintains and organizes files of all documents related to the activities of the designated Group.
Receives and attends to visitors, including short-term experts, lecturers, speakers, and visiting students from local and international institutions.
Assists in scheduling appointments, receives and relays messages, and coordinates with other offices on behalf of the Research and Extension Fellows and technical staff.
Assists Research and Extension Fellows and technical staff in administering training lectures and examinations and serves as proctor or facilitator.
Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
