Job summary

Entech Philippines is seeking an Admin Team Leader to oversee daily administrative operations, coordinate with field and office teams, and support technicians. The role emphasizes strong leadership, planning, and the ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain organized documentation.

You will manage an admin/ops team, optimize workflows, and ensure timely delivery of updates to clients, with field work and shift flexibility a regular part of the job.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to do field work.
• Willing to work 6 days per week including weekends and night shifts.
• Background in Agriculture is an advantage.
• Experience in admin, scheduling, or operations support preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead a team in fast-paced operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the admin/operations team.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for service updates.
• Monitor job progress and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Assist in people management (attendance, concerns, updates).
• Maintain smooth workflow between field and office teams.
