The Admin System Analyst will serve as the main coordination point between the Admin Department and the IT Team for system-related concerns, improvements, and issues. The role will coordinate requests from supervisors and Admin teams, clarify system requirements, monitor the progress of system improvements and bug fixes, and validate completed changes before endorsement to the Senior Admin Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and consolidate system improvement requests and reported bugs from Admin teams and supervisors.
- Understand and clarify business and system requirements before coordinating requests with the IT Team.
- Coordinate with IT regarding system changes, enhancements, troubleshooting, and bug fixes.
- Monitor and track the status of system-related requests and follow up with concerned teams.
- Conduct basic testing and validation of completed system changes before endorsement to the Senior Admin Manager.
- Document system requests, issues, changes, and their status.
- Communicate system updates and relevant changes to concerned Admin teams.
- Maintain a working understanding of existing internal systems and their processes.
- Identify recurring system issues or process concerns and raise them to the Senior Admin Manager for appropriate action.
- Perform other system-related coordination tasks as assigned by the Senior Admin Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in system support, IT coordination, application support, business systems, or a similar role.
- Experience working with or supporting an internal/company system is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of system processes and business requirements.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting and problem analysis.
- Ability to gather, document, and clarify system requirements.
- Basic understanding of system testing and validation.Strong coordination, follow-up, and task-tracking skills.
- Clear communication skills when dealing with both technical and non-technical users.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Basic understanding of databases, system logic, or technical concepts is an advantage.
