Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an Admin Staff. The role requires training in Cagayan de Oro City, after which you will be relocated to an assigned area outside Cagayan de Oro. A free staff house is provided in the assigned area.

This position is for applicants who are currently based in Cagayan de Oro City and are fully willing to be assigned outside CDO after training.
The selected applicant will undergo training in Cagayan de Oro City for a few months while the new operational area is being prepared.
Once the new area is ready to operate, the employee will be transferred to the assigned location outside CDO. Free staff house will be provided.
If you are not willing to relocate or stay in the assigned area after training, please do not apply.
There is also a possibility of promotion to a higher position once deployed to the new area, depending on performance, capability, leadership potential, and Management evaluation.
Must currently reside in Cagayan de Oro City.
Must have prior work experience as Admin Staff, Administrative Assistant, Office Staff, or in a closely related administrative role.
Must be a College Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related course.
Must be willing to undergo training in CDO for a few months.
Must be willing to relocate and accept assignment outside Cagayan de Oro after training.
Must be willing to stay in the company-provided staff house in the assigned area.
Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and basic online tools.
Must have experience in documentation, filing, encoding, monitoring, and report preparation.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Must have good communication and coordination skills.
Must be trustworthy, responsible, hardworking, flexible, and work-oriented.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Must be willing to travel and perform field-related administrative duties when required.
Undergo administrative and company-process training in Cagayan de Oro City.
Assist in daily administrative and office operations.
Prepare, encode, organize, and maintain reports, records, forms, and other company documents.
Handle proper filing and ensure records are complete, accurate, and updated.
Monitor pending documents, requests, deadlines, and administrative requirements.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Accounting, field personnel, and other departments.
Assist in scheduling, follow-ups, meetings, and other administrative activities.
Prepare and submit regular administrative reports and updates.
Assist in monitoring office supplies, equipment, and other administrative requirements.
Handle emails, correspondence, printing, scanning, and other computer-based tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and operational information.
Report urgent administrative concerns to the immediate supervisor or Management.
Upon completion of training, relocate and perform Admin duties in the assigned area outside CDO.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.
Employees who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, initiative, and leadership potential may be considered for promotion to a higher position once deployed to the new assignment area.
