Job summary

WNS Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety Officer to lead OSH training for new hires and coordinate government-mandated safety requirements at the Alabang site. You will support ongoing OSH improvements and supervise monthly safety equipment tests as part of a cross-functional Facilities and EHS team.

The role requires a engineering degree, 1–3 years in safety, and a shifting schedule. Alabang location, Philippines, with opportunities to drive safety initiatives across the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be an engineering graduate.
• With 1-3 years of experience as a Safety Officer
• Completed BOSH Training.
• Amenable to working in Alabang Site, and on a shifting schedule

• Maintain/initiate improvement for OSH practices.
• Supervises the facility’s monthly equipment and system testing (FDAS, emergency lights, etc.)
• Coordinates with the Facilities team on all facility risk-related issues during the safety walk-through inspection.
• Conducts vendor safety briefings.
• Assists internal audit and upkeep filling of work permit. (Create and maintain a file for work permit monitoring)
• Collaborates and provides support to the EHS Compliance Team for all compliance documents.
