Job summary

WNS in Metro Manila (Alabang) is seeking a Facilities Engineer/Safety Officer to join our team on a shifting schedule. The role focuses on engineering support, safety functions, and maintaining the performance of facility systems.

You will monitor maintenance of equipment, uphold infrastructure risk standards, conduct OSH trainings, and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory guidelines. The position requires proactive safety oversight and reliable record-keeping.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in facilities engineering/management.
• Safety Officer certification (minimum OFC 2 or higher, BOSH preferred).
• Willing to work in Alabang and on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support and safety functions.
• Monitor upkeep and maintenance of engineering equipment.
• Maintain infrastructure risk standards and support client requirements.
