Job summary

• Minimum of 2 years in branch banking operations.
• Proficiency in branch banking processes, products/services, audit principles, internal controls, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure risk & compliance with bank policies and monitor regulatory standards for the Virtual Store.
• Conduct internal reviews to evaluate process compliance and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Implement internal guidelines and recommend workflow improvements to boost efficiency and consistency.
• Act as the Virtual Store’s Business Risk, Customer Assistance, Business Continuity (BCM) and Compliance/AML Coordinator.
• Monitor budgets, track operational expenses, process payments, and prepare financial reports.
• Manage vendor requirements, procurement, inventory, and cross-functional communication.
