AP Cargo is seeking a Property/Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties in the Philippines. The role requires managing buildings, utilities, and services, plus supervising related projects and contracts.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience in property, facilities, or project management, with strong coordination and negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of assigned properties, including building facilities, utilities, services, projects, contracts, and property-related transactions.
Oversee daily property operations and ensure proper maintenance of buildings, utilities, and services.
Monitor property-related projects, timelines, deliverables, and progress; provide regular updates to management.
Prepare and process payment requests for property acquisitions, rentals, taxes, utilities, and other related expenses.
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, tenants, business partners, and regulatory agencies.
Conduct supplier and market benchmarking to support cost-effective property management.
Manage property-related contracts, including drafting, preparation, routing, monitoring, and completion.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with property-related permits, taxes, contracts, and regulations.
Prepare regular reports and recommend solutions to property-related concerns.
Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in property, facilities, real estate, or project management.
Experience in contract and vendor management is preferred.
Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
