Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 1 year admin or office support experience preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to management and project teams
• Coordinate with installation partners, subcontractors, service providers, and suppliers
• Assist in handling client inquiries and basic project coordination
• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, contracts, quotations, and reports
• Support scheduling of meetings, site visits, and coordination with external partners
• Assist in tracking supplier deliveries, orders, and project requirements
• Help manage communication between clients, partners, and internal teams
• Support basic HR and accounting tasks such as timekeeping, petty cash, and invoice tracking
• Maintain accurate and organized records of clients, suppliers, and partners
• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
