This is a full-time remote independent contractor position. Compensation is $6.00/hour USD. We seek an experienced, results-driven Admin/HR Assistant/Recruiting Admin to oversee recruitment efforts, support HR functions, and handle administrative tasks for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about growth and excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment responsibilities, including:
- Managing applicant tracking system (Manatal)
- Creating and posting job ads
- Candidate outreach
- Resume screening
- Initial interviews
Provide admin support for HR responsibilities.Assist with task management and meeting scheduling.Act as a peer accountability partner.Conduct research.Create and update Word and Excel documents.Handle special projects.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Administrative/HR/recruitment role.
- Strong time, project, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Assertive, trustworthy, proactive.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Manatal), job boards (e.g., Indeed), Google Suite, project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and relevant software.
