Citicon Ready Mix & Const. Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on Assistant Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administration at our Biñan plant and offices, including warehouse controls and documentation such as permits and vehicle registrations.
You will work closely with Plant Supervisors, HR and Operations to ensure compliance, administer records, and drive cost-efficient processes while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards on site.
Citicon is a leading ready mix concrete supplier in the south of Mega Manila. As we grow, we're looking for an experienced, hands-on Asissant Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administration at our plant and office facilities, warehouse controls, and documentation including permits and vehicle registrations. Working closely with the Plant Supervisors, HR Manager, and Operations Manager, you will conduct onsite checks to ensure compliance and efficiency across the business.
This role requires a strong presence on the ground, firm but fair treatment of personnel, and disciplined attention to records.
Workforce compliance: conduct regular plant rounds, enforce company rules with supervisors, document violations, support HR with investigations and implementation of approved actions while maintaining confidentiality.
Permits and documentation: manage permits, licenses, vehicle registrations, certifications, and compliance records. Coordinate government liaison, inspections, and regulatory submissions with responsible departments, particularly for safety, vehicle, labor and environmental audits and permits.
Warehouse controls: conduct spot checks on inventory records and warehouse operations, and investigate any discrepancies.
Accidents and laobr disputes: coordinate road accident documentation and liaison with drivers, police, insurance, and affected parties. Support HR, management, and legal counsel with labor complaints, cases, meetings, and submissions.
Administrative controls: monitor office, plant, and fleet expenses; manage office budgets and expense reports; identify opportunities for cost savings and improved efficiency.
Establish and administer the employee cooperative.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in administration with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role, preferably supporting 100+ employees.
Experience in construction, logistics/trucking, manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment is mandatory for this position.
Essential knowledge of DOLE safety regulations, labor requirements, environmental permits, and DOTr vehicle compliance; extensive hands‑on experience in government liaison, including managing inspections, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
Firm but fair leadership, with the ability to secure follow-through across departments and maintain confidentiality where needed. Strong communication, coordination, organizational and report‑writing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Willingness to work onsite in Biñan and visit company plants as required.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Occupational Safety & Health, Paralegal or Compliance Training, Supply Chain/Logistics) are an advantage.
