This role involves planning and organization, on-site activation, document handling, regulatory compliance, and regular communication of project updates to the team. It requires strong multi-stakeholder coordination and willingness to conduct regular field work across multiple sites.
With the principal function of supporting administration including logistics preparation, on‑site activation, patient program KPI monitoring and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders of the patient screening programs.
Planning and organization
Responsible for supporting the on-site activation of the patient screening program
Support administrative tasks of the patient screening program as aligned with CVRM CFT
Comply with all regulations and policies regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of screening materials, etc. Communication and collaboration
Engage internal and external stakeholders for alignment and coordination for the program
Communicate project updates and reports to team members, managers, and other stakeholders
Capture feedback and comments of the doctors/HCPs regarding ACT NOW program
Address technical and logistical concerns of ACT NOW MDs Monitoring and tracking
Collection of screening reports from MD Clinics and priority LGUs in different sites
Monitor and report the progress of all patient screening program channels
In charge of tracking and coordinating logistics for the patient screening program, including activities and collaterals
Organizing and monitoring inventory of program resources and equipment
Experience in project management
Good communication skills
Excellent multi-stakeholder coordination skills
Can do regular FIELD WORK
