Excelsior Farms Inc. is seeking a Senior Admin & Compliance Lead to oversee hospitality standards across facilities, coordinate corporate events, and manage administrative resources. The role drives governance, safety, and stakeholder engagement while leading a team to deliver service excellence and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, has supervisory experience in hospitality or facilities, and can build strong partner relations to support business objectives.
Establishes and maintains high standards of hospitality, service, and professionalism across corporate facilities and company events.
Oversees workplace hospitality services, including reception, guest handling, meeting and event support, office presentation, and the overall employee and visitor experience.
Ensures company facilities, amenities, and common areas are maintained to a professional, welcoming, and service-oriented standard.
Develops and implements hospitality protocols and service standards for employees, guests, business partners, and other stakeholders.
Promotes a customer-service and hospitality mindset within the Administration team.
Leads and coordinates corporate functions, VIP visits, meetings, employee activities, and other events requiring a high level of hospitality and service.
Spearheads and coordinates external and corporate events, including:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs
Community relations activities
Partner relations and engagement activities
Corporate events and functions
Stakeholder and VIP engagement activities
Builds and maintains positive relationships with external partners, service providers, government agencies, communities, and other stakeholders to support the organization's operational and business objectives.
Manages and continuously improves administrative systems, processes, and service standards to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, responsiveness, and quality of service across the organization.
Oversees the proper management, maintenance, and utilization of company properties, facilities, utilities, vehicles, equipment, and other administrative resources.
Ensures corporate facilities, amenities, and administrative resources are maintained in accordance with established company standards and operational requirements.
Ensures administrative operations adhere to company policies, government regulations, directives, and applicable environmental and compliance requirements.
Coordinates with external consultants, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders on regulatory, compliance, and administrative matters.
Keeps abreast of organizational changes, business developments, industry practices, and emerging trends relevant to administration, compliance, facilities, safety, security, and hospitality.
Leads, coaches, and develops the Admin & Compliance team, ensuring clear accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement in the delivery of administrative services.
Establishes clear service standards, performance expectations, and accountability mechanisms across the Admin & Compliance function.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, cost-effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Preferably with substantial experience in the hotel, hospitality, property, facilities, or service-oriented industry, particularly in a supervisory or managerial capacity..
Strong background in administration, facilities/property management, events, compliance, safety and security, and stakeholder management is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain high standards of professionalism, hospitality, and service excellence.
