• At least 4 years’ experience in an organization supporting large, 24x7, mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Active Directory issues, develop effective solutions, and collaborate with teams to implement remedies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented; knowledgeable in software development life cycle, training needs analysis, and training program assessment.
• Self-motivated, capable of multitasking, with high maturity, good health, and strong work ethics.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
