Job summary

AIA Digital+ Philippines is seeking a seasoned Active Directory Manager to oversee AD deployment, configuration, and maintenance across the organization, while ensuring security and compliance with industry policies. The role requires hands-on expertise in AD components and IAM principles, with regional leadership responsibilities.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position, and a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role with regional coverage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, CA and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) including Azure AD, LDAP, and SSO.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory deployment, configuration, and maintenance across the organization.
• Act as a point of contact for AD-related incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure security, compliance, and audit policies for AD and IAM.
• Monitor AD performance and collaborate with vendors on AD tools and technologies.
