Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. in Taguig seeks a Senior IT Engineer specializing in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to design, implement, and maintain our identity and access management infrastructure for a global enterprise.

You will deploy AD, manage Entra ID, automate with PowerShell, enforce MFA and security controls, and collaborate with security and infra teams to meet regulatory and internal standards.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior IT Engineer specializing in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID to join our team in the City of Taguig, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization's identity and access management infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure secure, efficient, and organized management of user identities across our enterprise environment. • Design, deploy, and maintain Active Directory environments, including domain controllers, forests, and trusts in enterprise settings
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) configurations, including user provisioning, licensing, conditional access policies, and hybrid identity solutions
• Create and manage Group Policies and automate routine identity management tasks using PowerShell scripting to enforce security standards across the network
• Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows while implementing security best practices for authentication, authorization, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access management issues with efficiency and precision
• Monitor directory services performance, capacity, and security metrics while collaborating with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards
• Document configurations, procedures, and architectural decisions for knowledge transfer and audit purposes
• Stay current with Microsoft identity platform updates and emerging technologies in the IAM landscape

**Required Qualifications:**

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or identity management roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and managing Active Directory environments
• 2+ years of professional experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) implementation and management
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks
• Strong knowledge of Group Policy management, LDAP, and directory services protocols
• Experience with user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access management workflows
• Solid understanding of hybrid identity solutions and cloud-based directory services
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex identity and access management issuesKnowledge of security best practices, including authentication mechanisms and access control principles
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer), or similar credentials
• Experience designing and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools and ticketing systems
• Experience in hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platforms
• Knowledge of scripting languages beyond PowerShell (Python, Bash, or similar)
• Experience with identity governance and privileged access management (PAM) solutions
• Understanding of compliance requirements and audit processes related to identity management
